ClearGig is operated by Hammock Life Ventures. ClearGig helps independent delivery drivers record completed routes, earnings, and odometer mileage. This policy applies to the ClearGig iPhone app, this website, and related support.

Information we handle

We handle your account email address, profile name if you provide one, route and mileage records, earnings and trip details, and screenshots you choose to import. Imported screenshots can contain delivery addresses and other delivery information.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, store and show your own driving records, operate and improve ClearGig, provide support, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information or use screenshots for advertising.

Storage and sharing

ClearGig data is stored in systems used to provide the service. Access is restricted to your signed-in account or authorized ClearGig operators when needed for support, security, or operating the service. Do not import screenshots containing information you are not permitted to share.

Website signups

When you request early access or a release notification, we store your name, email address, the list you selected, and submission date in our website database. For beta applications, we also store selected delivery platforms, your beta acknowledgment, and any route screenshots you choose to upload. Screenshots are kept in private website storage and used by ClearGig operators to develop and test platform imports. Remove customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and delivery instructions before uploading. We use your contact details to respond to your beta application or notify you when ClearGig launches. To leave either list or request deletion, email admin@cleargig.app.

Your choices

You can delete saved routes from the app and request account or data deletion by emailing admin@cleargig.app. We may retain limited records when needed for security, legal obligations, or to resolve support issues.
